The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

You must provide proof (image/video) of the issue

Products without original packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after product inspection

If approved, refund will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking

Delivery charges are non-refundable
