- All product prices are listed in BDT (৳)
- We reserve the right to update prices and product details anytime
- Orders are confirmed only after successful verification
- We may cancel any order due to stock or technical issues
3. Delivery Policy
We provide delivery all over Bangladesh.
- Inside Dhaka & Chittagong:
Delivery time: 72 hours
Delivery charge: 70 BDT - Outside Dhaka:
Delivery time: 4 working days
Delivery charge: 130 BDT
Delivery time may vary due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
- You can request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Refund Policy:
- Refund will be processed after product inspection
- Delivery charge is non-refundable
- Refund time: 5–7 working days
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
